Building More for Michael Kors

Corcon is proud to announce the opening of another Michael Kors store, this time at the Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers, NY. The store is a 2,500 square foot reconstruction of an existing retail space. Its well thought out design and high-end finishes compliment the beauty of the newly renovated mall itself and the overall shopping experience. The brand new store front was created with organic clarity, openness and contrasting balance colors along with a stone façade and metal trim. The interior consists of elegant stone flooring, specialty wood and carpet inserts. The scope of work also included all new MEP systems along with intricate fixturing design and installation. Corcon is excited to move forward with our client and boast future successes.

Flying Tiger is Coming to Town

We are thrilled to announce the successful opening of our second Flying Tiger store located on Third Avenue in New York City. This was a 5,200 square foot full gut renovation including new and upgraded mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The scope of work also included a brand new storefront, finished concrete floor and custom millwork throughout the space. Spinning Away With SoulCycle

We are excited to announce the successful completion of two SoulCycles, one in the Upper West Side of New York City and the other in Houston, Texas. Both scopes included all new MEP systems with very intricate acoustical work and isolated spin studio rooms. There were high-end finishes used throughout the spaces along with exterior façade work completed in Houston. We value our lasting relationship with this client and look forward to working together on further projects.

Getting Some California Sun with Sweaty Betty

There will be a full-time, on-site construction superintendent, full-time project manager and assistant project manager assigned to every project we take on. The project manager together with the assistant project manager will be responsible for developing a full understanding of the challenges and needs of the client, in addition to handling the administration/documentation process.

The field superintendent will be in charge of maintaining the project schedule and coordinating all field activities, including site safety and subcontractor meetings. They will also be responsible for Corcon’s quality assurance program. Our superintendents are trained in OSHA standards. Throughout the construction process, Corcon will handle the coordination of all inspections, certifications, and reports.
