There will be a full-time, on-site construction superintendent, full-time project manager and assistant project manager assigned to every project we take on. The project manager together with the assistant project manager will be responsible for developing a full understanding of the challenges and needs of the client, in addition to handling the administration/documentation process.
The field superintendent will be in charge of maintaining the project schedule and coordinating all field activities, including site safety and subcontractor meetings. They will also be responsible for Corcon’s quality assurance program. Our superintendents are trained in OSHA standards. Throughout the construction process, Corcon will handle the coordination of all inspections, certifications, and reports.
