Corcon is delighted to announce the completion of the Guidepost Montessori school located in Rockville, Maryland. We renovated the main building and improved an onsite house to serve as an administration building. Inside the main school we demolished all wall partitions while adding several new toilets and classrooms. The team completed brand new flooring, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, and painting throughout the space. We also made some landscaping improvements and added a new playground and fencing. This was a challenging project to complete in under 11 weeks but we are proud to have turned this project over to a very happy client.
