A new flavor has arrived at Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, NY, with the completion of a Bar Taco restaurant buildout. This project transformed an existing space into a warm, modern, and full-service dining destination.
Corcon delivered a complete interior fit-out along with exterior upgrades designed to elevate both function and guest experience. The scope included a new canopy addition over the existing patio, a fully finished first-floor patio area, and comprehensive updates to the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. All work was completed while maintaining the building’s occupancy classification, ensuring both compliance and continuity.
The result is a welcoming, thoughtfully designed restaurant that blends style, comfort, and efficiency.
