This completed interior alteration project of Bluemercury in Chestnut Hill, MA involved transforming an existing first-floor tenant space in a multi-tenant, sprinklered building into a modern retail environment. The scope of work included installing a new ceiling, fixtures, and finishes in the sales area, along with updates to the makeup room, hall, and stock room. The two fully accessible toilet rooms were maintained, while existing MEP systems were modified and extended to meet the needs of the new retail occupancy. The final outcome is a refreshed, functional space designed to enhance both aesthetics and performance.
