Corcon recently completed a veterinary clinic renovation for Bond Vet in New York City’s Upper East Side, delivering a clean, modern, and fully functional space without disrupting daily operations. The 10-week interior fit-out was completed in three carefully planned phases, allowing the clinic to remain open throughout construction.
The scope included new ceilings and lighting, updated partitions and doors, specialized plumbing in the treatment and break areas, power for medical equipment, and upgraded HVAC systems. We also installed new restrooms and added high-quality finishes and furniture to enhance comfort and efficiency for both staff and clients.
