Corcon is proud to unveil a three-floor office buildout for Hermès at 55 E 59th Street in New York City, a project that seamlessly blends luxury design with functional workspaces.
This thoughtfully executed buildout features custom millwork portals, terrazzo walkways, wood and glass office fronts, and acoustically enhanced work areas. Designed to inspire creativity and collaboration, the space includes:
• AV-ready conference rooms
• A bistro-style kitchen and dining area
• A library and coffee bar
• Acoustic panels and sound baffles for focus
• A dedicated showroom for John Lobb and a unique Harley-Davidson collaboration
Delivered over seven months through close coordination and attention to detail, this project highlights Corcon’s expertise in high-end office construction.
