This second-generation retail tenant improvement was designed by Hurkes Harris Design Associates, Inc. and managed by JLL, delivering a modern, elevated shopping experience just in time for the holiday season.
The project included new partitions, upgraded finishes, lighting, ceiling systems, and full electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work. Every element was executed with precision and care to support both the brand’s vision and customer comfort.
Our team worked aggressively to complete the build ahead of Black Friday, ensuring the store was fully operational and ready for the busy holiday weekend. From concept to completion, attention to detail drove every phase of this flagship transformation.
