Corcon is proud to announce the completion of a new Van Leeuwen location in Hoboken, New Jersey. What began as an existing retail space has been fully transformed into a warm, welcoming ice cream shop built to serve the community.
Our team delivered a complete interior and exterior renovation, including an ADA-accessible entry with a new interior ramp, updated partitions to separate the sales floor and back-of-house areas, and comprehensive upgrades across lighting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and the restroom. The space also features custom millwork, new finishes, specialty equipment installation, and a refreshed storefront designed to draw customers in.
Every element of this buildout was thoughtfully crafted to create a shop that is both highly functional and inviting.
