Hidden within Macy’s at the Millenia Mall, Corcon was brought on to perform a facelift for Starbucks. Tasked with a combination of day and night scheduled work, a temporary kiosk was installed to maintain the demand of daily shoppers complete with a fully functional back of house for sanitizing. The new, permanent kiosk was plumbed and powered underground. A new mini-split air handling unit was installed for climate control of the new, larger storage room. Finish trim, wainscot and built-in patron benches were highlighted by suspended track lighting throughout. Work was completed prior to the holiday rush for an already thriving location.
