PROCESS
Pre-Construction
Our pre-construction services include permit expediting, site surveys, construction cost analysis, budgets, value engineering, and scheduling. By offering this wide range of pre-construction services, we ensure a smooth transition into the construction phase. Consequently, we can identify and address potential issues early on, while also providing alternatives crucial to a project’s success. Our experience with many types of projects can be a valuable resource to your team in the analysis/feasibility process. We can assist your team in conducting a comprehensive survey of all existing conditions, and provide comparative cost-benefit studies. Furthermore, with our estimating staff’s knowledge of all facets of construction criteria and costs, they will provide cost savings and value engineering options that will not compromise functionality or services.
Construction
Corcon offers more than construction services; we elevate general contracting. There will be a full-time, on-site construction superintendent, full-time project manager and assistant project manager assigned to every project we take on. The project manager together with the assistant project manager will be responsible for developing a full understanding of the challenges and needs of the client, in addition to handling the administration/documentation process. The field superintendent will be in charge of maintaining the project schedule and coordinating all field activities, including site safety and subcontractor meetings. They will also be responsible for Corcon’s quality assurance program. Our superintendents are trained in OSHA standards. Throughout the construction process, Corcon will handle the coordination of all inspections, certifications, and reports.
Post Construction
We genuinely care about each and every project long after construction is complete. This is exemplified in Corcon’s timely response to warranty issues. Upon completion of every project, we will provide a close-out package, consisting of all pertinent information and documentation related to the project. In addition, we are a ServiceChannel Connected Contractor.
